The bio barn is a 100% organic indoor market in the heart of Brussels, which strives to ensure there is an equitable and sustainable partnership between it and its suppliers and producers.

They opened their first permanent shop in 2017 and judging by the busy and thriving market I saw they are here to stay and hopefully expand.  What is striking is the almost total lack of the ‘tyranny of packing’ plaguing most stores and of course the very attractive way food is displayed in open creates.
